WEDO1.COM Game operates and publishes mobile applications and games under the WEDO1.COM and Icloudzone brands. For historical and current Google Play distribution, our developer names include “Icloudzone Shooter GAMES”, “WEDO1.COM GAME”, “WEDO1.COM LTD”, “ICLOUDZONE LTD.”, and “Icloudzone Games”. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and games published under these developer names.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the Service and features you use.

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Contact customer support;
  • Send us questions, feedback, or technical reports;
  • Create or manage an account, where an account feature is available;
  • Participate in a promotion, survey, forum, community feature, or other activity;
  • Enter a redemption code or request an in-game reward;
  • Communicate with us through our website, an application, or email.

Depending on the Service, this information may include your email address, username, profile information, the contents of your message, and other information you choose to provide.

We do not request sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for a clearly disclosed feature or legal requirement.

1.2 Technical and Usage Information

When you use the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

  • An app-generated installation identifier and session identifier;
  • Application name, package name, version, platform, and distribution channel;
  • Device type, operating-system version, language, locale, screen characteristics, and network status;
  • General gameplay activity, feature interactions, progress events, and session information;
  • IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
  • Advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings and applicable law;
  • Advertisement impressions, clicks, attribution data, and reward status;

We do not use our first-party analytics system to collect the contents of private communications, gameplay video files, local filenames, complete file paths, content URIs, payment-card details, passwords, or social-platform login credentials.

Third-party analytics and advertising providers may process additional information under their own privacy policies.

1.3 Purchases and Platform Services

Some Services offer in-app purchases through platforms such as Google Play or other authorized application stores.

When you make a purchase, the platform may provide us with:

  • The product purchased;
  • Transaction and purchase status;
  • Purchase time;
  • Country or region associated with the transaction;
  • Information needed to verify, acknowledge, restore, or provide the purchased item.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Payment information is processed by the applicable application store or payment provider.

Some Services may offer platform account, achievement, leaderboard, cloud-save, or similar features. If you choose to use these features, the platform provider may process your account identifier, player profile, scores, achievements, or related information under its own privacy policy.

1.4 Redemption Codes and In-Game Activities

When a Service allows you to submit a redemption code, the code and limited technical request information may be sent to Wedo1’s redemption service.

We use this information to:

  • Validate the redemption request;
  • Prevent duplicate use, fraud, or abuse;
  • Deliver the applicable in-game reward;
  • Diagnose errors;
  • Maintain the security and reliability of the feature.

1.5 Gameplay Recording

Certain Services may provide an optional gameplay-recording feature.

Recording begins only after you activate the feature and approve the screen-capture permission presented by your operating system.

On supported devices, the application may request audio-recording permission to capture eligible game playback audio. The feature is designed to capture game audio and is not designed to record your spoken conversations.

Gameplay recordings are stored in the application’s local cache on your device. A limited number of recent recordings may be retained, and older recordings may be replaced automatically.

You may delete recordings through the applicable in-app controls, clear the application’s data, or uninstall the application.

Wedo1 does not upload gameplay recordings to its servers as part of the standard gameplay-recording feature.

1.6 TikTok and Other Third-Party Sharing

Certain Services may allow you to share a gameplay recording or other content to a third-party platform, such as TikTok.

Sharing occurs only after you select the sharing feature. When you choose to share to TikTok, the selected file is transferred to the TikTok application through TikTok Share Kit. You can then edit the content and decide whether to publish it.

Unless a particular Service clearly states otherwise, Wedo1:

  • Does not use TikTok Login Kit;
  • Does not receive your TikTok password or login credentials;
  • Does not access your TikTok profile or friends list;
  • Does not publish content automatically;
  • Does not receive a copy of the content from TikTok after it is shared.

TikTok independently processes the shared content and related information under its own privacy policy.

Other sharing platforms process information according to their respective privacy policies.

1.7 Recording and Sharing Analytics

To operate, secure, measure, and improve recording and sharing features, we may collect pseudonymous technical events, including:

  • Whether the recording feature was opened;
  • Screen-capture and game-audio permission results;
  • Whether audio capture was enabled;
  • Recording duration, resolution, and stop reason;
  • The selected sharing platform;
  • Share initiation, completion, cancellation, draft, or error status;
  • Technical error codes;
  • In-game reward delivery status.

These technical events do not contain the recorded video or audio content, filename, local file path, content URI, social-media caption, social-platform account information, or social-platform login credentials.

Some Services may send these pseudonymous technical events to Wedo1’s first-party analytics service at data.wedo1.com.

1.8 Cookies and Website Information

When you visit our websites, we or our website service providers may collect:

  • IP address;
  • Browser and device type;
  • Pages visited;
  • Access time;
  • Referring page;
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for operation, security, preferences, and traffic measurement.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functions.

Gameplay recordings stored in an application’s local cache remain on your device until you delete them, the application replaces older recordings, the operating system clears the cache, you clear the application’s data, or you uninstall the application.

Information processed by third-party providers is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

  • Uninstall an application to remove its locally stored data.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law to consent to data processing, unless a particular Service expressly states otherwise and provides the legally required protections.
