Wedo1 grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Game for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
– Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
– Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game except where applicable law expressly permits;
– Circumvent security, purchase-verification, advertising, reward, or access controls;
– Use cheats, bots, modified clients, unauthorized plug-ins, or automation;
– Exploit errors or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage;
– Interfere with servers, networks, advertisements, or other users;
– Use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
## 3. Gameplay, Progress, and Virtual Items
The Game may provide virtual currency, virtual items, motorcycles, equipment, upgrades, rewards, progression, and other digital benefits.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise:
– Virtual items are licensed, not sold;
– Virtual items have no cash value;
– Virtual items cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold outside authorized Game features;
– Gameplay balance, rewards, availability, and progression requirements may change;
– Wedo1 may correct balances or progress affected by fraud, technical errors, duplicate rewards, or unauthorized activity.
Some progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and avoiding unauthorized deletion of the Game’s local data.
## 4. Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases through Google Play. Google Play’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules also apply.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise:
– Purchases are final once delivered;
– Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play;
– Prices and products may vary by country and currency;
– Wedo1 may verify, acknowledge, restore, or deliver eligible purchases using information supplied by Google Play.
Wedo1 does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
## 5. Advertising and Rewarded Features
The Game may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers. Advertisements, rewarded features, and available providers may vary by region, device, consent choices, and inventory availability.
Third-party advertisers are responsible for their advertisements, destination pages, products, and services. Displaying an advertisement does not mean Wedo1 endorses the advertiser.

## 6. Redemption Codes and Rewards
The Game may allow eligible users to enter redemption codes or participate in activities that provide in-game rewards.
Unless stated otherwise:
– Rewards have no cash value;
– Reward amount, availability, frequency, and eligibility may change;
– Codes and rewards may be limited by time, region, device, account, installation, or number of uses;
– Wedo1 may reject duplicate, expired, invalid, manipulated, or unauthorized requests;
– Wedo1 may withhold or correct rewards obtained through fraud, automation, modified software, or technical error.
## 7. Gameplay Content and Recording
The Game may provide optional features for capturing or selecting gameplay content. Any recording or sharing action begins only after you deliberately activate the applicable feature and grant any required device permission.
You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it and ensuring it does not contain private, confidential, unlawful, or unauthorized material.
As between you and Wedo1, you retain rights in original content you independently create. Wedo1 and its licensors retain all rights in the underlying Game, software, artwork, music, sound effects, characters, names, logos, trademarks, and other materials appearing in gameplay content.
Wedo1 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to share gameplay content created through supported Game features for personal and non-commercial purposes.
## 8. TikTok and Third-Party Sharing
The Game may allow users to share selected gameplay content to TikTok through a user-initiated sharing flow. Sharing occurs only after you choose the sharing feature. The Game does not publish content automatically.
You must have all necessary rights and permissions for any voice, music, image, name, likeness, logo, or other material contained in content you share.
You must not share content that:
– Violates applicable law;
– Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
– Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or unlawful violence;
– Is fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or harmful;
– Violates the destination platform’s rules.

TikTok and other sharing platforms are independent services. Wedo1 is not responsible for their availability, processing, publication, moderation, removal, recommendation decisions, or account actions.
## 9. Intellectual Property
The Game and its software, artwork, characters, graphics, audio, music, text, designs, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Wedo1.
Except for the limited licenses expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not use Wedo1’s trademarks or branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
## 10. Third-Party Services
The Game may interact with services supplied by Google Play, TikTok, advertising providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other independent third parties. Your use of those services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies supplied by those third parties.
Wedo1 is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or independent processing practices except where applicable law provides otherwise.
## 11. Updates and Service Changes
Wedo1 may provide updates, patches, balance changes, security improvements, new content, or other changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game.
To the extent permitted by law, Wedo1 may:
– Add, modify, or discontinue features;
– Change game balance or virtual-item availability;
– Stop supporting older devices or Android versions;
– Perform maintenance;
– Discontinue the Game when reasonably necessary.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
## 12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time.
Wedo1 may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because:
– You violated these Terms;
– You used cheats, fraud, unauthorized software, or abusive methods;
– Your activity creates legal, financial, security, or technical risk;
– An application store or applicable law requires the restriction;
– The Game is discontinued.
## 13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Wedo1 does not guarantee that the Game will:
– Always be available or error-free;
– Work on every device or network;
– Preserve every item of local progress or cached data;
– Continue offering every feature, advertisement, reward, or integration;
– Produce a particular gameplay or sharing result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedo1 and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Game.
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts of the Cayman Islands have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Game.
If you are a consumer, this section does not remove mandatory protections or rights available under the law of your country or region.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and Wedo1 should make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally.
## 17. Changes to These Terms
Wedo1 may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, legal requirements, security requirements, or business practices.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be updated. Additional notice will be provided where required.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Game.
